As a reminder Aptia aims to meet the following service level agreements:

• Leavers (Deferreds) completed within 10 working days.
• Retirement Quotations completed within 11 working days. Retirement settlements completed within 13 working days.
• Transfer Out Quotations completed within 20 workings days. Transfer Out Settlements completed within 15 working days.
• Divorce basic information request - 20 working days. Divorce PSO Response & Valuation - 35 working days. Divorce Valuation request - 15 working days.

Please note these timescales are subject to change if you are paying Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs), as Aptia require AVC data which would need to be provided by either Utmost or Aviva.
