As a reminder Aptia aims to meet the following service level agreements:

• Leavers from Company service completed within 10 working days.
• Retirement quotations completed within 11 working days.
• Retirement settlements completed within 13 working days.
• Transfer-out quotations completed within 20 workings days.
• Transfer-out settlements completed within 15 working days.
• Divorce basic information request - 20 working days.
• Divorce PSO response & valuation - 35 working days.
• Divorce valuation request - 15 working days.

Please note these timescales are subject to change if you are paying / have paid Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs), as Aptia require AVC data which would need to be provided by either Utmost or Aviva.
